Multiseed Signature Concentrate

We take pride in our Signature Multiseed Concentrate in particular as it's healthier for the body whilst still tasting great. We use natural malts in the mix to ensure that it has a subtle earthy flavour, and a nice brown colour you'd expect from a Multiseed loaf.

 

We grind our own flax seeds specifically for the mix which not only ensures flavour but also allows nutrients to be absorbed by the body, where normally the seed would pass through with no added benefit. Including Jumbo Oats and Bran within this mix allows for a more lasting fullness without the overload of simple carbs usually found within white breads and artificially coloured/flavoured multiseed breads. 
 

You can purchase this product in a concentrate form which comes in a 16kg sealed plastic craft bag. You simply have to add 50% concentrate to 50% white flour, or the flour of your choice, alongside yeast and water. If you're interested or have any other questions, feel free to contact us!
