5% Soft Roll
We have developed a great quality soft white roll mix, which is soft without being too chewy or doughy.
The dough is incredibly flavourful (even more so if cold fermented overnight), and is not only easy to shape but also has a very good shelf life.
It goes without saying that this mix can make classic white rolls, however a 'tear and share' divider loaf can also be made (left picture). The mix we provide is a 5% roll mix. Also worth noting that wholemeal and/or rye flour can be used to make a darker roll.
